Chris Gray grew up in Clearwater, Florida and attended Clearwater Catholic High School where he played 4 years of basketball and was named team co-captain his senior year. After high school, Chris attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL (NCAA Division 2 / Peach Belt Conference ). While at Flagler Chris worked for the basketball team as a Student Assistant his Freshman year. Going into his Sophomore year he was promoted to the position of head student assistant and remained in that position for his final 3 years. Some of his duties included the developing, planning and execution of individual and team workouts. Also during his time at Flagler he worked with many players that would go on to have careers overseas in Europe and in the Philippines. After graduating Flagler with a degree in Sport Management, Chris moved back home to Clearwater and took an assistant coach position at his Alma Mater, Clearwater Central Catholic. Chris joined the Process Basketball team in October of 2016. Since joining Process, Chris has trained middle school, high school and college athletes including some of the top players in the nation. His main objective is to develop players and help them reach their full potential not only on the court but in their everyday life.
